This saying was handwritten on the coffee cup of our manager's coffee on our "Caravan Café" on Tuesday! ☕️

Every Tuesday, after our branch meeting, we head out in a sort of "Agent Carpool" to check out the latest properties we’ve listed — a sneak peek before they hit the market. 🏡

In the industry, this is colloquially known as an "Agent's Caravan." 🚗💨

Often we’ll drop in at a local café, and patrons (and café owners) are suddenly descended upon by groups of local agents!

This week, we stopped at "Young George" — a superb local spot in Mt Albert.

A unique feature at Young George is that every takeaway cup is individually “tattooed” with a cool little saying. ✍️

😅 Not sure why Andrew got one about arrogance, but it definitely raised a smile and some banter at the café.
