About Heather Hannah

I believe that a profile should provide an insight into the person with whom you are entrusting perhaps your greatest asset. Whilst the ultimate decision may be made when we meet face-to-face, I’d like to give you a picture of who I am first.

I’ve always been interested in real estate, and following 17 years working in the travel industry, both here and in the UK, I made the decision to make it my second career. I joined Barfoot & Thompson after having worked for other franchised real estate firms and found the family orientated and non-franchised model a great fit, both personally and for my clients to achieve the very best results. I now carry 30 years of experience in the industry and love it as much as I did on my first day.

I pride myself on building strong relationships with both vendors and buyers. I have been described as tireless, a straight shooter, honest, a good listener and someone who has great negotiation skills and experience. I have an endless supply of energy and enthusiasm, am empathetic, totally down-to-earth and honest; all qualities I believe help to build trust.

Regardless of the value of your property, I genuinely care about achieving the best possible result. When you choose me to be your salesperson, you will hear from me regularly, be it after each open home or viewing, to update you on how the marketing is progressing or just to say hi – do you have any questions?

Throughout my real estate career, I’ve demonstrated my resilience by weathering various challenging markets. I’ve shared laughter and tears with my clients and many have become dear friends. In every instance, I strive to do my very best for those who place their trust in me.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about travel, sport and spending time with my son and family. Sport has played a significant role throughout my life and I like nothing better than a long hike in the beautiful outdoors to get my daily Vitamin D intake or an hour at the gym. If not participating, you’ll likely find me watching a game or athletics event or even a UFC fight!

I have been very fortunate to have travelled a lot of the world where I have witnessed both the joys and hardships that exist in different countries. These experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for each day I spend on this earth and for me, your life journey is about making memories and living life to its fullest in all respects.
