I couldn’t have chosen a better real estate agent than Mike. Selling my property from overseas, I was very fortunate to have Mike recommended as the agent. He remained in contact throughout the whole period, whether I was absent or if I was back in Auckland. This added to my confidence with the whole sale process. Mike was always very efficient and prompt with replying to any enquiries from me, or from potential buyers. Mike provided weekly progress reports and was very considered and astute with the interpretation of viewings and potential purchasers feedback. He excelled at anticipating needs every step along the way, explaining the sale, and pre and post auction process, which was very reassuring.
