8 SOLD IN GREY LYNN

March was the month of "SOLD" stickers in our branch, with several of our auctions selling "under the hammer" and many conditional sales recently becoming unconditional.

In March, we sold 7 properties in Grey Lynn, 5 of them unconditionally.  Yesterday, we sold another Grey Lynn villa unconditionally.

We have many buyers on our books who are looking.
