After 33 years of ownership, it was a special moment for the vendors to see their much-loved home pass to a young local family excited to begin their next chapter in the neighbourhood.

Bidding opened at $2,700,000, the property was called on the market at $2,910,000, and after competitive bidding the hammer fell at $3,050,000.
