What an incredible auction result this week at 30 Lancing Road, Sandringham!

Prior to auction, we received several strong pre-auction offers. While they were certainly worthy of consideration, our vendor made the decision to stay the course and take the property through to auction.

It proved to be the right decision.

The two buyers who had submitted pre-auction offers both turned up on auction day determined not to miss out, creating one of the most exciting auctions we've seen in some time.
